Detecting the user by infrared beam, this system improves hygiene in the urinal, with no hand contact and automatic rinsing to stop bad smells. It also shuts off automatically.

As only the used urinal is flushed, considerable water and energy savings can be made. It flushes automatically every 12 hours after the last use, to avoid creating a vacuum in the water waste. Urinal drains do not get clogged, so saving money through less frequent servicing.

Detection distance, shut-off delay and flow rate can all be adjusted at installation.
