



DOUGLAS STRENGTHENS SALES TEAM
The Douglas Group, the specialist supplier of thermostatic control solutions and heating controls for the non-domestic market, has appointed two new area sales managers.
James Cole joins as southern area sales manager. Based at the company's Wallingford HQ, he has broad experience of water control products and the plumbing merchant sector.
With extensive knowledge of the heating and ventilation market, Mike Warriner joins as northern area sales manager. He is based in Hull.
Bob Purdom, Douglas Controls' commercial director comments: "The expanded team coincides with the re-launch of our premier brands - Douglas Controls and ESSCO Controls under the new 'Total Control' banner.
"James and Mike know the commercial specification market extremely well. As part of our dedicated specification team, they will be responsible for developing our specification business, also providing technical sales support for consulting engineers and contractors.
"The newly created roles reflect marketplace dynamics and our commitment to meeting the changing needs of our clients."
